Who is a good candidate for Inuspheresis?
Inuspheresis® is ideal for individuals struggling with chronic inflammatory conditions, autoimmune disorders, Long COVID, environmental toxic loads (heavy metals/microplastics), or high cholesterol. Because it filters the blood at a molecular level, it is also used by high-performance individuals and those focused on longevity to “reset” their biological markers.
How long does a single treatment session take?
The procedure itself typically lasts between two and three hours. During this time, you will be comfortably seated in a reclining treatment chair. You can read, watch a movie, or simply relax as the system works.
Is the procedure painful?
No. Aside from the initial small pinch of the needle (similar to a standard blood donation or IV drip), the treatment is painless. Most patients find the experience quite relaxing, especially with the calming atmosphere of our Larnaca clinic.
Are there any side effects?
Inuspheresis is exceptionally gentle. Because we do not use harsh chemicals or large amounts of blood thinners, side effects are rare. Some patients may feel mild fatigue immediately after the session—often described as a “good tired”—as the body begins to adjust to its lightened toxic load.
How many sessions will I need?
For deep-tissue detoxification, we typically recommend two sessions performed 48 to 72 hours apart. This interval allows toxins stored in your tissues to move into the plasma, where they can be effectively filtered during the second session. How do I prepare for my treatment?
The most important step is hydration. We recommend drinking plenty of water in the 48 hours leading up to your appointment. Avoid alcohol and heavy, fatty meals the day before. On the day of treatment, wear loose-fitting, comfortable clothing with easy access to your arms.
